What is HEART OF THE CANYONS, a Santa Clarita church,  Kidz Quest?

There are lots of Santa Clarita Churches, let us tell you how Kidz Quest is different.

At Kidz Quest we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be really loud and good leaders always care!

Kidz Quest is the children’s ministry at Heart of the Canyons for children from the Birth through fifth grade. Kidz Quest is a ministry where children learn how to study the Bible, to worship through singing and to build quality friendships.

The concepts and principles which guide Kidz Quest are best described as a color–orange. Orange represents the idea that two forces working together will have exponentially more influence than either entity alone. For us, that means parents and the church is working together to make a difference in the lives of children so that we can do more together than we do alone.

There are three pillars to the Kidz Quest Children’s Minstry; they are Common, Connect, and Community.

A Common worship experience with parents called “it’s a BIG HOUSE”
A place to create Community with other children in our Sunday Small Groups

All of these events are designed to reinforce the virtues children are learning at home, because we believe what happens at home is more important than what happens at church.

Through this it is our desire to help children know, and love Jesus and to love and serve others.
