Santa Clarita has many churches spread over all the surrounding areas.   Sometimes people get together to cope with some external calamity like an earthquake, or flood or some other natural disaster. Theirs is a loving and inclusive community, and they believe that the love of Christ knits them together. There is no judging, only loving help offered to those in need. Essentially life is a spiritual journey and it is a journey that can be very fulfilling when undertaken as a community at Church Santa Clarita. Thus there are programs for all members of the community.  Children’s ministries, programs for youth and young adult, and programs for the older members.

Outreach ministries take the members of the church to the outside world, where they give of themselves in service. Heart of the Canyons sponsors food, clothing and blood drives.  Special events are held where the community is invited for free food and games.  “Adopt a block” is coming soon where young people get together to repair homes, and help out in the neighborhood, especially with the elderly, the disabled, and the infirm. During the holidays we decorate and mail out shoe boxes to children around the world from the Church Santa Clarita. Adult daytime and evening Bible study classes are organized as is done in the Santa Clarita Christian Church.

They have also got an innovative Big House family service, featured September 27th at the Fall Fair!

Heart of the Canyons Church is affiliated with counselors and Celebrate Recovery to help those who are suffering from drug abuse.  These include programs where these people are taught to come to terms with them and rebuild their life.  Church of Santa Clarita can be your spiritual home.  The Church Santa Clarita seeks to help each other grow in compassion, generosity and wisdom.
